Develop comprehensive, competitive cost estimates for complex structural solutions, including bored piling, CFA piling, and specialized hand piling.. Build and maintain robust, dynamic estimation models using advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential geotechnical complexities and integrate proactive solutions into the pricing structure.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and trade partners to ensure a seamless transition from the estimation phase through site preparation and structural build.. QUALIFICATIONS. :. Experience as an Estimator in the construction sector with a strong background specifically within piling and excavation.. Proven experience operating within the Australian (AU) construction market, with a strong grasp of local rates, standards, and methodologies.. Exceptional, advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel (this is essential for the role's day-to-day operations).. PREFERRED SKILLS (nice to have). :.
