Provide excellent customer service to clients in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.. . Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.. . Document and record customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.. . Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.. . Stay updated on products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.. . Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.. . . Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English.. . Previous experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in the banking sector.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.. . Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.. .
