Finance Operations Specialist. to partner with our client and their rapidly scaling portfolio of consumer product brands across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and more. This operationally intensive role demands precision and a proactive approach to managing finance transactions, accounts receivable, billing, and reporting in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.. As a Finance Operations Specialist, your success will be measured by your accuracy in handling high volumes of finance transactions, your responsiveness in managing accounts receivable and billing workflows, and your ability to support timely reporting and process improvements. You’ll be a dependable bridge between finance, sales, and customer teams, ensuring smooth operational execution. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Accounts Receivable & Billing. . Match incoming payments and code credit card transactions accurately and promptly.. . Manage EDI and QuickBooks Online (QBO) billing processes with attention to detail.. . Conduct weekly follow-ups and outreach for overdue customer balances, including direct calls.. . Run regular invoice completeness checks and manage workforce management (WFM) billing.. . . Inbox & Internal Coordination. Manage the finance inbox, responding to customer and internal sales queries efficiently.. Invoice & Fulfillment Management. . Sort, tag, and reconcile fulfillment invoices by brand and cost type.. . Perform weekly revenue reconciliations against forecasts and statements of revenue.. . Reconcile smaller customer payments and maintain accuracy for key accounts.. . Ad Hoc Projects & Reporting Support. . Prepare and submit sales tax filings as required.. . Support QuickBooks reporting by downloading, formatting, and mapping data.. . Conduct targeted analyses, including cost of goods sold (COGS), account summaries, and MSRP tracking.. . Provide data inputs for budget projections and support e-commerce/sales data analysis.. . Colleagues. In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Finance and CFO and work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams. Your role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional external customer interaction for collections and billing support.. Experience: . 2–4 years in finance, accounts receivable, or accounting support roles. Background in e-commerce or consumer goods businesses and a familiarity with U.S. accounting standards are a bonus.. . . Technical Strength:. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (including managing high volumes of transactions). Experience with Faire, Ramp, or similar platforms (or ability to learn quickly).. . .
