Develop, lead, and mentor a growing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of quotas and performance metrics.. . Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring follow-ups and a positive experience throughout the sales process.. . Build networks and spheres of influence to expand market presence and sales opportunities.. . Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to prospective clients.. . Handle client concerns, providing timely resolution and maintaining strong relationships.. . Represent the company at events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.. . Report on sales goals, prospects, and performance to senior leadership.. . Participate in additional projects, reporting, and other tasks as required.. . . Bachelor’s degree required.. . Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in the automotive finance industry.. . Strong familiarity and established relationships within the auto industry.. . Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a team of up to 8 Area Sales Managers.. . Thorough understanding of marketing, negotiation techniques, and sales strategy.. .
