Upload recordings within 48 hours. Improve onboarding flows. Maintain clean course structure. Track engagement and retention. Keep the backend tight and world-class. If links break or modules are messy, that’s on you.. 2️⃣ Client Experience & Communication. Our clients are founders. Busy. Driven. Paying real money.. You will:. Manage inbound email + LinkedIn DMs. Respond within 24 hours. Coordinate scheduling + follow-ups. Track renewals and retention. Conduct proactive check-ins. Keep CRM spotless. Clients should feel taken care of, not managed.. 3️⃣ Outbound & Subscriber Growth. You must be comfortable executing at volume.. Large distribution email campaigns. LinkedIn outreach sequences. Cold calls to warm prospects. Tracking conversion metrics. Supporting list growth initiatives. We move fast. You can’t be allergic to outreach.. 4️⃣ Social & Practice Support. Manage Social Media posting calendar. Post content consistently. Respond to comments & DMs. Help support launches. You don’t need to be a creative genius..
