Review and analyze patients’ medical history, diagnosis, and previous medication records . Assess clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy . Prepare, complete, and submit Prior Authorization requests to insurance providers . Fill out and submit attestation forms based on payer-specific guidelines . Ensure submissions align with insurance criteria and clinical protocols . Communicate with insurance companies regarding authorization status, additional requirements, or clarifications . Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prior authorization activities . Follow compliance, HIPAA, and organizational standards at all times. Must be a registered . PHRN . and . USRN (Must be active). With NLC (Nurse Compact License). (NY, NJ, TX, etc.). 1 - 2 years' experience handling . US Healthcare Insurance . Good working knowledge in processing . Prior-Authorization . Must be keen to details. Excellent verbal and written English skills. Company Location: Philippines.
