Speed is king. . Day to Day Responsibilities:. Below are day-to-day responsibilities ranked in order of importance:. . Event coordinating: Spearhead planning of 1. High end, curated events/dinners for top Veriswap users at card shows 2. trade night events with hundreds of attendees at card shows. . Travel organization: Organize complex international travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, car rental, food, etc.. . Inbox Management: Filter and triage incoming mail inquiries.. . Calendar management: Manage the executive’s upcoming calendar events.. . Research: Various ad-hoc research tasks such as researching the best supplier for cardboard boxes, or buying unique gifts for our top traders.. . . Company Location: United States.
