Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and customer acquisition targets.. . Lead and mentor the sales team, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.. . Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients.. . Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.. . Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.. .
