Our client is a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), local SEO, and packaged SEO projects for clients across industries including marketing, financial services, retail & ecommerce, health & wellness, and non-profits. With a goal of securing over 10 qualified appointments per month, they are looking for a skilled virtual assistant to drive lead generation and appointment setting efforts for their growing sales team.. Job Summary. As a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads, conducting cold outreach, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams, using tools like Apollo.io, Google Voice, and HubSpot to manage communications and track performance. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong digital marketing sales knowledge, ideally within SEO services.. Key Responsibilities. . Book qualified sales appointments for the team using Apollo.io, HubSpot, and Google Voice. . . Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects and clearly communicate the value of SEO solutions. . . Assist in sales call follow-ups and email outreach to support lead conversion. . . Conduct lead generation on LinkedIn and other platforms to build prospect lists. . . Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect notes within Apollo.io and HubSpot. . . Consistently meet or exceed call, email, and appointment-setting KPIs. . . Qualify leads through research, outreach, and discovery calls. . . Coordinate appointment schedules with internal teams and ensure timely follow-up. . . 1–2 years of B2B sales or SaaS/digital marketing experience . . Prior experience selling digital marketing or SEO services is . highly preferred. . . . Proven success in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales coordination . . Strong spoken and written English skills with a neutral accent . . Proficiency with Google Voice, Apollo.io, and Google Workspace . . Experience using HubSpot and SEMRush Lead Finder is a strong plus . . Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation strategies . . Must be available to work 8 AM – 5 PM EST/EDT . . .
