Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time). Job Description:. We are looking for a dynamic and analytical E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms. This role requires an individual with a strong background in order and inventory management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and enhance the online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce operations, performance optimization, and customer experience improvement.. Key Responsibilities. Order and Inventory Management. . Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.. . Optimize inventory levels for POD products and maintain data integrity across platforms.. . Collaborate with logistics and POD partners to ensure smooth production and shipping operations.. . Shopify Backend Management & POD Workflows. . Manage backend operations in Shopify, including complex product setup, variant management, collections, apps, and integrations.. . Execute print-on-demand product launches—uploading product images, configuring SKUs, setting pricing, and coordinating with POD vendors.. . Lead end-to-end workflows for developing and launching new products or e-commerce brands.. . Troubleshoot backend issues related to apps, inventory syncs, and POD processes.. . Brand Development & Product Launches . . Lead initiatives to develop and launch new e-commerce brands or product lines, from strategy through execution.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing, operations, and technical requirements for successful launches.. . Document processes and create SOPs for repeatable launch workflows.. . Communication & Leadership . . Participate in team discussions and strategic planning, offering proactive solutions and ideas.. . Demonstrate leadership by independently managing projects and making decisions aligned with business goals.. . Data Analysis and Reporting. . Analyze e-commerce and Shopify data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.. . Generate reports on KPIs such as conversion rates, order accuracy, and POD production metrics.. . Provide actionable insights to improve processes and profitability.. . Performance Optimization. . Continuously assess e-commerce and POD operations for efficiency improvements.. . Identify cost-saving opportunities, automation potential, and system enhancements.. . Develop SOPs for repeatable and scalable product launch workflows.. . Customer Experience. . Monitor customer feedback, especially related to POD products, and propose improvements.. . Maintain high-quality, accurate product listings, images, pricing, and promotions.. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Partner with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance, IT) and POD vendors to ensure seamless operations.. . Collaborate with design teams for assets needed for product launches.. . Compliance and Risk Management. . Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.. . Implement fraud prevention and data security measures.. . Marketplace Management. . Manage listings and performance on third-party e-commerce platforms if applicable.. . Proven experience in developing and launching e-commerce brands or product lines.. . Advanced proficiency in Shopify backend operations (product setup, apps, integrations, workflows).. . Hands-on experience managing print-on-demand workflows and vendors (e.g. Printful, Printify, or custom integrations).. . Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely explain past projects, workflows, and technical processes.. . Demonstrated ability to work independently in a leadership capacity, managing projects end-to-end.. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.. . Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and technical teams.. . Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and inventory management software.. .
