Proven experience as an . Operations Manager in a marketing agency or setting. . . . Strong understanding of . web design/development, SEO strategy, and content production. . . . Exceptional organizational skills — . expert in Notion, timelines, dashboards, and process documentation.. . . Strong written and verbal English skills; able to . confidently represent the agency in client communications. . . . Experience reviewing creative and technical deliverables for accuracy and quality. . . Passion for experimenting with AI tools and building workflow automations. . .
