Strategic Program Manager at Panorama Education. The Strategic Program Manager (SPM) at Panorama Education is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role designed to ensure our most complex, high-value projects/clients succeed. An SPM operates as the central “hub” for the client & projects they support—understanding needs, solving problems, and leading internal alignment to deliver exceptional outcomes. SPMs will step into roles on a rotating or time-bound basis depending on client/project need, scale, or challenge, and will work closely with other Panorama team members cross functionally.. Key Responsibilities. Client Leadership: Serve as a critical part of the account team for selected strategic clients, ensuring we meet key outcomes and earning trusted-advisor status.. High-Stakes Engagements: Step into complex, high-visibility accounts or initiatives where Panorama needs a skilled operator to stabilize, enhance, or elevate our delivery. . Strategic Problem-Solving: Identify pain points, needs, or opportunities and lead initiatives to design and implement scalable solutions.. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Client Partnerships, Account Management, Product, Engineering, etc.) to align resources and efforts to client goals.. In cases where Panorama expects a project to become complex, or where the stakes are high, a SPM is added to the project. In these cases, the SPM will be responsible for:. Working with key stakeholders to define success. Designing a plan to achieve this vision for success. Working with the client and internal teams to deliver on that vision. The SPM will document the goals for each project placement, and report progress throughout until the goals are met. . State Level Clients:.
