Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on user stories, requirements, and specifications.. . Execute manual testing procedures to evaluate software functionality, performance, and user experience.. . Identify, document, and communicate defects to developers and follow up on resolution progress.. . Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to improve software quality and performance.. . Apply QA processes, test methodologies, and software release standards to ensure thorough testing coverage.. . Perform web application testing and, if applicable, mobile application testing.. . Maintain knowledge of accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG, and test accordingly.. . Support opportunities to gain experience in automation testing tools and software development practices.. . . . Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing, QA processes, or related roles.. . Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and software release procedures.. . Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA).. . Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.. . Ability to write and execute test plans and test cases using appropriate methodologies.. . Familiarity with web application testing; mobile testing experience is a plus.. . Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards and assistive technologies such as JAWS.. .
