
Senior Data Analyst at Koda Health. You’ll be our first dedicated Data Analyst and a pivotal force in transforming how we use data across the company. You’ll report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and partner closely with clinical operations, product, and client success to turn raw healthcare and operational data into actionable insights. . You'll have the opportunity to help define and shape our data culture from Day 1. What You'll Do. Claims & Risk Stratification. . Build and maintain predictive models and dashboards for early identification of vulnerable members. . Collaborate with clinical operations to shape proactive care strategies. . . Client Reporting & Insights. . Build custom dashboards and reports for our health plan and provider partners. . Track and visualize performance metrics, trends, and program ROI. . Partner with the customer success team to translate findings into compelling narratives. . Clinical & Operational Optimization. . Analyze workflows and performance across clinical teams. . Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of care delivery. . Build tools to support decision-making in day-to-day operations. . . 4-6+ years experience in data analysis, ideally in a venture-backed healthtech B2B SaaS environment. . Strong skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, GoodData). . Experience working with healthcare claims, clinical workflows, or EHR/EMR data a big plus. . Strong communicator who can translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. . Comfortable wearing multiple hats — this is a build-from-scratch role. . Deep sense of ownership and a bias toward action. . Bonus Points. . . Ability to lead efforts in data cleaning, normalization, and validation. . Ability to setup up pipelines and data QA checks to improve reliability and scale. . Ability to do ad hoc analysis on raw data using SQL, Python or R . . Experience with AI/ML models in a production or prototyping context.. . Familiarity with healthcare risk adjustment or value-based care models.. .
