Solutions Engineer at CrewBloom. As a . Solutions Engineer. , you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Sales and Technology. You’ll work closely with National Account Executives and Partner Managers to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions. From configuring demo environments to scoping complex integrations, you will be a technical expert and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.. Key Responsibilities. . Collaborate with National Account Executives and Partner Managers to manage and interpret customer business and technical requirements. . . Configure and maintain software demonstration environments. . . Deliver compelling software demonstrations via web and in-person meetings. . . Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to prospects. . . Answer business and technical inquiries related to product capabilities and application security. . . Write technical and functional content for RFP responses. . . Scope and define custom work such as API integrations or feature requests; develop workflow and process diagrams in collaboration with customers. . . Support AI-related projects through definition and solutioning. . . Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth transitions from Sales to Operations, contributing to Account Plans. . . Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, and other technical departments. . . Perform other duties as assigned. . . What You Bring. . Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in a SaaS environment. . Working knowledge of the background screening industry (preferred). . . Functional understanding of APIs and browser-based integrations.. System Requirements. . . At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup. . . A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup. . Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption. . A webcam. .
