We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Project Manager to lead the development and scaling of a B2B eCommerce fulfillment center. In this part-time role (20 hours/week), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize platform operations, and enhance stakeholder experience. You will drive project strategy, implement repeatable systems, and ensure efficient communication across the business. Partner with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project roadmaps, strategies, and timelines.. . Facilitate internal communications including workstream updates, executive briefs, and broad employee messaging.. . Leverage best-in-class technology, materials, and systems to enhance fulfillment operations.. . Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.. . . 5+ years of project management experience in a B2B enterprise software or technology environment.. .
