Manage the complete recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.. . Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide specialized talent solutions.. . Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.. . Utilize creative sourcing strategies, such as social media and networking, to identify passive candidates.. . Conduct thorough candidate assessments and evaluations to ensure a strong match between candidates and job requirements.. . Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview experience.. . Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain open lines of communication.. . . Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or agency setting, with a track record of successfully filling positions.. . Strong understanding of recruitment methods and best practices, including candidate sourcing and assessment techniques.. .
