Lead application security initiatives, including secure design reviews, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.. Mentor and manage a small group of security engineers, providing guidance, removing blockers, and fostering technical growth.. Drive company-wide accountability for security concerns, ensuring findings are remediated and objectives are met.. Architect and implement complex security solutions while contributing to the long-term security roadmap.. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and product teams to advise on security requirements and best practices..
