The AI Native, General Manager (GM) - New Categories is responsible for leading and overseeing the research, evaluation, and incubation of new categories in the Marketplace as well as managing the strategy and operations of some existing categories. This role requires a strong leader with excellent analytical and business development capabilities, an ability to marshall resources, and make data-driven decisions. As an AI-Native leader, the GM will leverage artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and unlock new opportunities for innovation and growth. They will champion the adoption of AI-driven tools across the business to optimize processes, improve customer experiences, and empower teams with data-driven insights.. The GM will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies, integrate AI into core operations, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) through both traditional and AI-enabled approaches.. Minimum Qualifications & Credentials. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).. Hard/Technical Skills. . 10+ years of business experience; running P&Ls in a general management capacity.. . Experience working in online consumer acquisition.. . Understanding of lead generation business models, products, and strategies.. . Proven track record of leading cross functional teams.. . Proven track record of leading and scaling a business unit/region/division, with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.. . Strong analytical acumen and commitment to data-driven decision making.. . Proven experience in integrating AI solutions into business operations. . Soft Skills. .
