Accountabilities. . Monitor and manage order submissions from various channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness in CSV and system uploads.. . Input and validate orders into Shopify, Navision EDI/ERP, and other retail systems while resolving errors promptly.. . Oversee propagation of orders across multiple systems, identifying and reporting discrepancies or failed transmissions.. . Assist in forecasting, production planning, and analysis based on order data to support operational decision-making.. . Handle delivery and order-related inquiries in collaboration with customer service and third-party logistics teams.. . Maintain and update process documentation, incorporating improvements and resolutions for known system issues.. . Contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes and operational efficiency.. . . Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative/operations role.. . High attention to detail and accuracy in managing large volumes of order data.. . Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).. . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software for data manipulation and reporting.. .
