We are currently looking for a Contract Operations Associate, Order Management in the United States.. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team managing order operations for innovative products in the petcare and IoT space. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, data integrity, and system integration across multiple platforms. The position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality operations. You will work remotely in alignment with U.S. time zones and contribute to improving processes, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.. . Accountabilities. . Monitor and manage order submissions from various channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness in CSV and system uploads.. . Input and validate orders into Shopify, Navision EDI/ERP, and other retail systems while resolving errors promptly.. . Oversee propagation of orders across multiple systems, identifying and reporting discrepancies or failed transmissions.. . Assist in forecasting, production planning, and analysis based on order data to support operational decision-making.. . Handle delivery and order-related inquiries in collaboration with customer service and third-party logistics teams.. . Maintain and update process documentation, incorporating improvements and resolutions for known system issues.. . Contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes and operational efficiency.. . . Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative/operations role.. . High attention to detail and accuracy in managing large volumes of order data.. . Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).. . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software for data manipulation and reporting.. . Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent work approach.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and reporting issues.. .
