UI Designer Middle+ at Talentgrator. Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive UI Designer Middle+ to join the team. . Responsibilities. Design and create modern, visually strong UI interfaces . Work on detailed screen design: states, components, responsive layouts . Develop and maintain design systems and UI kits . Ensure consistency of interfaces and overall visual language . Prepare high-fidelity designs for development . Create prototypes with a strong focus on final UI . Improve user experience through visual solutions . Collaborate with BAs, QAs, and developers during implementation. 4+ years of experience in UI / Product Design . Strong portfolio with a focus on UI (web and mobile) . Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, design systems) . Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy . Experience working with design systems and component-based approach . Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect mindset) . Understanding of UX principles and product thinking . Experience preparing designs for development and working with dev teams . Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator as additional tools . Experience with Miro, Jira, Confluence . Familiarity with AI tools is a plus . Experience in iGaming is a plus (not required). Additional skills. Strong visual taste and UI sensitivity . Attention to detail and accuracy in work . Ability to justify and explain design decisions . Creativity within product constraints .
