It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.. About the Role. We’re expanding our AI Agents Suite and are looking for an AI Agents Strategist to help drive customer adoption and revenue growth. This is a client-facing, revenue-owning role focused on launching, scaling, and optimizing AI agents for retail and e-commerce customers.. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and the broader Constructor GTM and Product teams, guiding AI agent adoption through long-term growth, while helping shape the future of our AI Agents business.. What You’ll Do. Own onboarding and activation for AI Agent customers, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Solutions teams.. Own both the revenue goals and product direction, enabling the training and adoption of client stakeholders to confidently launch and operate AI agents.. Ensure early, measurable results by connecting agent performance to business outcomes such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, cost savings, and customer loyalty.. Act as the strategic and commercial owner for a portfolio of AI agent customers.. Drive revenue growth through:. New customers: supporting outbound teams and agent adoption during the sales process. Existing customers: expanding usage and growing annual spend. Partnerships: developing strategic external relationships that generate new business. Supporting the right messaging and marketing of the AI Agent solution . Analyze agent performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.. Build strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy.. Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.. What We’re Looking For. 1-3 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-powered products in a customer-facing environment.. 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, account strategy, or solutions consulting within AI, SaaS, or data-driven products.. Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers.. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and business cases.. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with both operators and executives.. Consultative, proactive mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, “build from scratch” environment.. Company Location: United States.
