Reporting into MOTH's Co-Founders, the Head of Chains will join the small but growing team, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and execution of MOTH's US sales strategy.. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the drinks industry, be an excellent relationship builder, and a track record of driving growth through exceptional execution of sales strategy.. Responsibilities:. . Executing sales strategy across multiple states and translating state by state nuances. . Managing MOTH’s existing premium chain grocery accounts and retailers. Building excellent relationships with key stakeholders to deliver growth and profitability. . Whilst this role is more account management than new business focussed, you will be involved in identifying opportunities and winning new customers. . Seamless onboarding of new customers, working with internal teams to develop excellent onboarding processes . . Regularly reporting on sales performance metrics and KPIs, driving performance and understanding the “why” of numbers. . Working closely with the US Marketing Manager and US Head of Ops to ensure consistent brand delivery and availability across channels. . Management of a small but mighty sales team in Florida and Massachusetts . . Who you are. . Passionate about the drinks industry - you’ll have a proven track record of sales in FMCG, preferably drinks (within grocery or on premise). . Expert communicator and relationship builder. . Data is your best friend, you are very comfortable in a spreadsheet and can translate data into meaningful actions where needed. . Working to and measuring against KPIs. . Problem solver. . Not essential but if you have experience of VIP/ iDIG platforms it would be beneficial. . Some previous management experience would be beneficial. . Company Location: United States.
