In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, optimize sales performance, and maximize revenue growth.. . 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a Sales or Commercial function. . . Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio). . . Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics (HubSpot is a plus). . . Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. . . Excellent communication and presentation skills. . . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. . . Responsibilities. . Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to sales performance, customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and revenue trends. . . Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and sales targets. . . Collaborate with Sales Managers and Business Development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. . . Conduct market and customer segmentation analysis to enhance targeting and personalization. . . Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and territory performance. . . Monitor CRM data quality and integrity (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). . . Forecast future sales trends based on historical data and predictive models. . . Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership. . . Company Location: Egypt.
