As a member of the Clinical Engagement Solutions, Omnichannel Communications Team, the . Capability Manager. will play a key role in managing and optimizing member and provider communications across multiple channels. This role supports the strategic execution of omnichannel communications, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and enhanced engagement with members and providers. The successful candidate will oversee communication operations, partner with governance and technology teams, and manage vendor relationships to deliver impactful, compliant solutions.. . Oversee and manage omnichannel communications for member and provider audiences (mail, fax, SMS, email, IVR, EMR messaging). . . Monitor daily communications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. . . Manage deployment of client-driven and regulatory communication updates across channels. . . Collaborate with internal governance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations. . . Partner with technology teams to enhance communication platforms and capabilities. . . Manage relationships with multiple vendors to ensure compliance, quality, and timeliness. . . Required Qualifications. . 5+ years of experience in omnichannel communication operations or related project management. . . 3+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industries. . . Strong expertise in print communications and production processes. . . Experience with digital communication channels such as email and SMS. . . Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in dynamic environments. . . Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). . . Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities. . . Preferred Qualifications. . Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and InDesign. . . Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as CMS, State-specific rules, and TCPA. . . Experience managing financial requests including cost-benefit analysis and business cases. . . Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead/facilitate meetings to achieve results. . . Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills. . .
