Description. The Team Lead (PM+) role is a hybrid role that blends project management with hands-on technical contributions to drive our AI initiatives forward. This person will work closely with engineers and cross-functional PMs to manage sprints, define problem spaces, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and highly organized, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate.. Responsibilities. . Support AI work by managing projects, sprints, and tracking overall progress. . Work directly with AI engineers on day-to-day tasks and technical priorities. . Coordinate with other PMs to identify handoff points and ensure smooth transitions. . Validate checkpoints and maintain visibility into sprint statistics. . Keep communication tight between teams to ensure nothing gets lost in translation. . Help define problem spaces alongside engineers. . Assist with writing and reviewing code when needed. . . Experience in AI and machine learning. . Proficiency in React and frontend development best practices. . Experience in project or product management within technical teams. . Ability to work closely and effectively with engineers. . Skilled in defining technical problems and validating outcomes against objectives. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. .
