We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Digital & Motion Designer to join a performance-driven creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and producing high-volume digital ad assets—both static and motion—across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and external vendors to deliver visually compelling content optimized for performance marketing. This role requires expert knowledge of design software, a deep understanding of ad platform best practices, and a passion for creating scroll-stopping work that drives business results.. Accountabilities:. · Develop, produce, and QA high-performing digital and motion ad creatives for paid media platforms. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams on concepting, art direction, and execution of digital campaigns. · Maintain brand consistency across creative assets, creating reusable templates and style guides. · Present concepts directly to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback. · Manage creative workflows, oversee production timelines, and ensure design quality standards are met. · Guide and support external creative partners through clear direction and quality assurance. · Lead larger creative initiatives and full-funnel campaigns focused on performance and brand growth. · Stay up to date on industry trends, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and output. · 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in an agency environment. · Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere. · Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads and motion design for performance marketing. · Advanced knowledge of best practices across paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, etc.). · Excellent layout, typography, and storytelling skills, with an eye for pixel-perfect execution. · Strong multitasking and project management skills, balancing multiple campaigns effectively. · Proven experience collaborating with internal teams and managing external creative vendors. · Bonus: Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D, familiarity with AI design tools, and A/B testing.
