Light Outbound / Prospecting. Assist with cold calling (initial outreach, qualifying, booking meetings). Follow . structured scripts.  and track outcomes. Keep CRM/contact lists updated with accurate notes. Social Media & Marketing Execution. Schedule and manage posts across platforms. Assist with basic marketing automation workflows (email campaigns, follow-ups, list segmentation). Ensure consistency and follow-through on campaigns. . (Minimum required for this role). Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Strong written and verbal communication. Able to follow and improve structured processes. Comfortable helping enforce operational discipline across the team. Ideal background:. Experience in MSP, B2B services, or structured service environments.
