You will work on next-generation Single Board Computers (SBCs), Graphics Processing Modules (GPMs), and Compute Processing Modules (CPMs), collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. The position offers the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies, manage prototype development, and ensure compliance with stringent safety-critical standards. You will support both internal engineering teams and customer engagements, contributing directly to innovative hardware solutions that complement sophisticated software systems. As a Sr. Embedded Hardware Engineer, you will:. . Develop rugged, embedded hardware solutions compliant with safety-critical standards for Mil/Aero applications.. . Support GPU screening, hardware debugging, and test development.. . Collaborate with PCB, mechanical, thermal, and software engineering teams.. . Assist Sales teams during customer visits to support new business opportunities.. . Define next-generation hardware products in partnership with Product Management.. . Manage contract PCB assembly manufacturers for prototype development.. . Design circuits, create schematics, and participate in design reviews.. . Write, review, and execute test plans, as well as bring up new hardware alongside Software Engineering.. . Develop hardware user manuals and review technical specifications.. . . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or related field.. . 8–10 years of experience in embedded hardware development.. . Experience designing hardware for rugged Mil/Aero applications.. . Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.. . Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.. . Attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a continuous drive for learning and innovation.. . Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.. . Asset Skills (Preferred):. . 7+ years designing with VME, VPX, XMC, or similar form factors.. . Experience with NXP, Intel, AMD, ARM, Nvidia CPUs and GPUs.. . Experience designing according to DO-254 development process.. . FPGA and CPLD specification, design, and testing.. .
