As a Technical Account Manager, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, guide cross-functional teams, and escalate critical problems to engineering when necessary. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their objectives are met while providing insights to improve internal processes. This position thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and a deep understanding of endpoint security technologies across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. Remote work provides flexibility while maintaining direct impact on client success and platform adoption.. . Accountabilities. . Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.. . Reproduce and document customer issues for Engineering and Development teams.. . Identify, prioritize, and escalate critical issues to internal teams for rapid resolution.. . Act as the main point of contact for escalations, maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Coordinate feedback to Product Management, Development, and Operations teams.. . Conduct regular check-ins to monitor customer usage, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.. . Develop and update knowledge base articles, support documentation, and internal best practices.. . Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance service delivery.. . . 7+ years of experience with EDR/DLP endpoint technologies.. . Expertise in DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions.. . 3+ years in Technical Account Management, L2/L3 Technical Support, or equivalent customer-facing technical roles.. . Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting SaaS security products and endpoint agents across Windows, macOS, and Linux.. . Practical knowledge of networking, security products, and enterprise network infrastructure.. . Familiarity with related technologies (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA) is a plus.. . Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. . Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.. .
