Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.. . Educate customers on service plans, pricing, and new product offerings.. . Document customer interactions and update customer information in the database.. . Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.. . Participate in training sessions and team meetings for continuous improvement. . . . Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.. .
