SEO Specialist (WFH) at Staff4Me. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and analytical SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our web presence to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user experience. If you live and breathe keywords, SERPs, and algorithm updates, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities. • Execute and maintain the SEO framework already in place. • Add and optimize website pages, including local landing pages. • Write and edit content with a focus on SEO and AI integration. • Ensure consistent implementation of SEO best practices across WordPress and Shopify platforms. • Upload and manage stock photos as needed. • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.. • Collaborate with content creators to align SEO strategies. • Develop and implement link-building strategies. • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends. • Focus on operational excellence rather than deep research. 1-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush). Experience in uploading stock photos. Experience with WordPress, Chat GPT and Shopify. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent and project management skills. Company Location: Philippines.
