Lead the strategy and execution of upper-funnel digital advertising campaigns across display, programmatic, CTV, and social media channels.. . Mentor and develop the digital advertising team, creating resources, frameworks, and a culture of continuous learning.. . Serve as a strategic advisor for key client accounts, presenting data-driven results and ensuring campaigns exceed objectives.. . Support business development by expanding work with current clients, generating new leads, and contributing to proposals and pitches.. . Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to innovate advertising strategies and enhance team capabilities.. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and production staff, to deliver seamless campaign execution.. . . At least 6 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, advertising operations, or paid social media optimization.. . Proven success in managing client relationships and cross-functional project teams.. . Deep understanding of full-funnel digital advertising, including top-of-funnel brand-building strategies.. . Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and proficiency in Excel, to inform strategic decisions.. . Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.. .
