This role involves collaborating with clients to identify their unique business processes and requirements while leveraging the capabilities of the Acumatica platform to design and implement customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.. Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in computer science, information technology, business or a related field of study.. . Experience in ERP software as a sales engineer, solutions architect, business process consultant, or implementation consultant.. . Experience in distribution, construction, manufacturing, field services, supply chain, payroll, financials and/or Inventory ERP is a plus. You are familiar with competitive solutions such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Epicor, SysPro, Infor, Viewpoint, Deltek, etc. . . Basic understanding of accounting . . Experience in presenting and demonstrating Business Application Software (Mid-Market ERP) . . Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to eliminate software gap obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.. . Strong presentation and professional communication skills . . Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical information to recommend solutions that meet customer business requirements.. . Self-motivated self-starter with a proven track record in business software. You are comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization.. . . Support sales team by answering product questions and assisting in responding to prospect RFIs and RFPs.. . Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers to understand their requirements and pain points, assess needs, and identify solutions. . . Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems. . Create and deliver budgetary estimates for prospect’s review. . Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explain product features and benefits, and demonstrate how products can solve customer problems. . . Collaborate with independent software vendors (ISV’s) in identifying their solution fit on new Acumatica opportunities. . . Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including answering technical questions, handling objections, and preparing Proposals and Statements of Work.. . Provide documentation on specific solutions to aid implementation and consulting teams.. . Provide feedback and suggested solutions regarding business needs, deficiencies, and challenges.. . Attend virtual and in-person events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc.. . This is a remote position, occasional travel up to 25% may be required. . Company Location: United States.
