As a Customer Data Engineering Lead (Staff Engineer) reporting to the Head of Data Engineering in our Data Engineering team, your purpose will be to build the technical foundation that powers a complete, 360-degree view of our customers and providers. You’ll architect and maintain core data pipelines, unify critical CRM and CX data, and deliver trusted insights that drive sales, finance, and support teams. Essentially, you’ll turn complex, fragmented data into a single source of truth that empowers the whole company to make smarter, data-driven decisions.. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:. . Extensive hands-on experience building robust, scalable data pipelines from enterprise CRMs, particularly Salesforce, and CX platforms. . . Expertise in data modeling and building clean, modular, performant data marts using dbt/Dataform and SQL. . . Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery, including designing schemas optimized for evolving complex entities. . . Experience architecting and implementing Reverse ETL pipelines (e.g., Census or Hightouch) to sync warehouse data back into operational systems. . . Strong systems thinking: the ability to translate complex business processes into reliable data models. . . Exceptional communication skills to mentor other engineers and lead critical data projects. . . Conversational English proficiency (our company language is English). . . It will also help you to have:. . Previous experience building a unified customer data mart supporting analytics, finance reporting, and forecasting. . . Background in financial or sales analytics modeling derived from CRM and other operational systems. . . A passion for product-aware engineering, turning customer and provider data into actionable insights. . . Company Location: Spain.
