Field Sales Manager.  to help us spread the word – one door at a time.. This is a . part-time . role with a flexible schedule – perfect for chatty, energetic folks who love talking to people and don’t mind walking a few kilometres a day. You’ll be out and about, meeting local business owners face-to-face and signing them up to ANNA’s smarter way of banking.. Here’s the deal:.  .  Work 4–5 hours a day (sometimes including weekends).  .  Be ready to cover a few kms – barbers, cafés, boutiques, you name it.  .  You . must.  have direct sales experience – cold approach, pitch, close, repeat.  .  . Earnings:.  – Base pay: £300–£500 per week (based on experience).  – Plus performance pay: top performers earn . £5–6k/month gross.  .  Full training + all marketing materials provided.  .  Banking experience isn’t essential – but it’s a nice bonus.
