You will collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment with our business goals and sales strategies.. • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing BDRs, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.. • Assess training needs and adjust programs based on performance metrics and feedback.. • Monitor and evaluate BDRs' performance post-training and provide mentoring and coaching as needed.. • Create training materials, resources, and documentation to support ongoing development.. • Conduct role-playing and simulations to enhance BDR skills in real-world scenarios.. • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training with sales strategy and objectives.. • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or training, preferably within a BDR or sales role.. • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.. • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques specific to the BDR role.. • Ability to assess performance metrics and deliver constructive feedback.. • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and training technology.. • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.. • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed..
