Deliver exceptional accounting and operational support to non-profit clients using cloud-based platforms.. . Manage client onboarding and ensure seamless adoption of systems and processes.. . Perform full-cycle accounting including AP/AR management, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting.. . Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and transparency.. . Identify process improvements and recommend additional services to increase client value.. . Engage in regular video check-ins with your team and manager to align goals and collaborate effectively.. . Embrace and adopt new technologies to solve client issues efficiently in a virtual setting.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.. . 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in the non-profit sector.. .
