Systems Administrator - Work from home at Twoconnect. . Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers — Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. . Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware. . Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. . Manage network servers and technology tools. . Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. . Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. . Manage user accounts and access permissions. . Provide technical support and guidance to users. . Document system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports. . Other role-specific duties as they arise. . . Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. . Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals is a must. . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting. . Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies. . Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security. . Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus. . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Company Location: Philippines.
