At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients to bring on a Part-Time Social Media Manager who will support the social media department by customizing, scheduling, and managing client content. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of how to manage and execute effective social media strategies. You’ll work closely with the social media and podcast teams to help bring creative ideas to life and ensure consistency across multiple platforms.. Responsibilities:. Content Customization & Scheduling. Customize and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).. Ensure all content aligns with each client’s branding, tone, and marketing goals.. Manage posting calendars to maintain consistent online presence and engagement.. Creative Support & Collaboration. Assist in creating and editing visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.. Collaborate with the social media and podcast teams to support ongoing campaigns and creative projects.. Contribute ideas for improving content performance and engagement strategies.. Monitoring & Analytics. Track engagement metrics and gather insights to identify trends or areas for improvement.. Support the team in compiling reports or summaries of social media activity.. Respond to comments or messages where needed, maintaining a professional and brand-aligned tone.. Administrative & Organizational Support. Assist with miscellaneous administrative and creative tasks related to social media and podcast operations.. Maintain an organized workflow through tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace to ensure projects are completed efficiently.. What Makes You a Strong Candidate:. Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing support.. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, or other scheduling platforms.. Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace for team communication and organization.. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X).. Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills in English.. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote setting.. What Does a Typical Day Look Like?.
