As a Marketing Operations Specialist, your success will be measured by your ability to implement and maintain robust tracking infrastructure, ensure data visibility across channels, and support high-impact campaign execution. . Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Tracking Infrastructure & Tag Management. . Own Google Tag Manager and GA4 setup, including sitewide tagging and event-based tracking.. . Implement and QA tracking pixels across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, and TikTok.. . Ensure every event (e.g., demo requests, form fills) is captured and attributed back to source.. . Collaborate with engineering and growth teams to manage scalable UTM strategies and taxonomy.. . Analytics & Reporting. . Maintain accurate multi-touch attribution across paid, organic, email, social, and outbound.. . Support dashboard/reporting workflows in Funnel.io, GA4, and Looker Studio.. . Troubleshoot analytics bugs and proactively optimize setup as campaigns evolve.. . Website & SEO Ops. . Help monitor and maintain website health, including fixing 404s, redirects, and metadata issues.. . Support basic technical SEO tasks and audits using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.. . Implement light changes via Framer (or Webflow/Squarespace-style site builders) for tracking purposes.. . Outbound Workflow Support. . Help manage outbound ops across HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and HeyReach.. . Segment lists, set up sequences, and coordinate attribution tracking across email and LinkedIn.. .
