We are looking for . Business Analyst. who will facilitate communication between development and business teams, thus translating business needs into technical specifications.. Main Responsibilities. . collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document business requirements. . translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team. . . analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration needs. . lead efforts in system configuration and data mapping particularly involving APIs, third-party platforms, or internal system integrations. . support feature post-release validation and acceptance to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations. . . 3+ years in a system and business analyst role . . experience in IT, software development, or a similar domain. . FinTech, CFD trading. . proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data. . proficient in Power BI (or any other Business Intelligence tools) for data modeling, creating dashboards, and publishing reports. . knowledge of working with OLAP cubes and multidimensional data structures. . familiarity with API documentation tools and basic understanding of REST API concepts. . proficient in business requirements gathering and analysis. . strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. . excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence. . familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). . English B2+ level in speaking is a must. . supplementary Education (Courses, Certificates): Microsoft certifications related to Power BI and SQL Server (or certification on any other Business Intelligence tools). Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), Agile certifications are a plus. . Company Location: Serbia.
