Develop, maintain, and enhance software components and service APIs across front-end and back-end systems.. . Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.. . Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.. . Integrate AI-powered tools and services, such as Cursor, Cline, or GitHub Copilot, to improve development efficiency and software quality.. . Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide mentorship to strengthen team skills and maintain coding standards.. . Communicate technical decisions effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, promoting collaboration and alignment.. .
