We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory-related operations for large-scale robotics deployment projects across North America. This position is critical to ensuring that all equipment, materials, and site supplies are tracked, managed, and delivered in alignment with project schedules and milestones. . As Inventory Manager, you will oversee trailer tracking, shipment intake, staging, and site-level inventory flow. You’ll work closely with PAC project teams, client-side logistics contacts, and vendor partners to ensure material readiness, accurate documentation, and seamless execution. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role well-suited for someone with inventory and logistics experience in fast-paced deployment or fulfillment environments. .  . Key Responsibilities .  . Track and manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including trailers, supply kits, and project shipments. . Maintain real-time records and documentation in client inventory systems and internal tracking tools. . Supervise on-site material handlers and coordinate daily tasks such as inventory staging, counts, and receiving. . Collaborate with logistics, deployment managers, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow. . Perform audits, resolve discrepancies, and escalate missing shipments or damaged materials. . Provide clear inventory and material status updates during project meetings and through reporting tools. . Support project ramp-up and closeout by maintaining comprehensive documentation of all inventory activity. .  . Qualifications .  . 3+ years of inventory management or logistics experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or large-scale deployment environments. . Proven ability to supervise material handling teams and coordinate priorities in the field. . Familiarity with digital inventory systems, Excel-based tracking tools, and warehouse management platforms. . Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills. . High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving material flow issues. . Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. .
