Handle customer inquiries about consumer electronics products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.. . Provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and usage instructions to customers.. . Assist with order processing, modifications, and resolving billing or service issues.. . Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for effective follow-up.. . Work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure accurate information and high standards of service.. . Stay up to date with the latest product launches and technology trends in consumer electronics.. . . Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.. .
