About the Role. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in social media content creation. This role will focus on designing high-impact visual assets that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social media trends, and can create engaging pieces optimized for different platforms. Experience in UX/UI design and motion/slow-motion content is a strong plus.. Key Responsibilities. Social Media Design. Design engaging visual assets for social media (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, ads). Create branded templates to ensure visual consistency. Adapt designs to fit different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals. Optimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance. Motion & Video Support. Create simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects when needed. Support short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animations. Enhance video quality through dynamic visual elements. UX/UI (Plus). Support basic UX/UI design needs (landing pages, website elements, user flows). Contribute to improving visual consistency across digital touchpoints. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, especially for social media. Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital work. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.). Basic experience with motion graphics or slow-motion effects. Understanding of social media design trends and best practices. Experience in UX/UI design is a plus. Strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred. Experience working with growing brands or online communities.
