Join our growing medical practice as a full-time offshore Credentialing Specialist, where you'll begin with a blend of credentialing, data entry, and administrative responsibilities. This role is designed to evolve with our expanding operations, starting with heavier emphasis on data entry and review before transitioning to full credentialing ownership. You'll communicate primarily via email and occasional phone calls with providers, supported by our US-based RingCentral phone system. The position offers growth opportunities as credentialing volume is expected to increase significantly over the next six months. This role is key to supporting our anticipated growth while improving operational continuity and resilience.. Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with medical credentialing processes. . Proficiency in data entry and administrative support tasks with a high level of accuracy. . Comfortable communicating professionally via email and occasional phone calls. . Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained across credentialing and administrative functions. . Availability to work consistently during Pacific Time business hours. . Comfortable using U.S.-based communication platforms such as RingCentral. . Some college coursework completed, reflecting foundational professional readiness. . Adaptability to a role with evolving responsibilities as credentialing volume increases. .
