As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead key initiatives and help bring our strategic vision to life.. Position Summary:. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of projects across operations, marketing, development, and new restaurant openings. This individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s goals.. Key Responsibilities:. • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resources. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, culinary, finance, HR, and marketing. • Develop and maintain project documentation such as timelines, task lists, status reports, and risk assessments. • Serve as the central point of contact for project communication and updates. • Identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies. • Track progress, measure performance, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. • Support the planning and execution of new restaurant openings, renovations, and technology rollouts. • Assist with vendor coordination and contract management. • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve execution. • 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines. • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project). • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. • Familiarity with restaurant operations is highly desirable.
