Greet and interview patients, record vital signs, and update medical charts to ensure accurate documentation.. . Assist with daily clinical operations, maintaining smooth patient flow and a safe, welcoming care environment.. . Provide direct patient care including administering vaccines, medications (oral/injection), EKGs, and assisting with procedures.. . Conduct lab tests under supervision after skill validation and prepare instruments for sterilization.. . Ensure proper functioning of medical equipment, manage safety protocols, and report malfunctions.. . Adhere to infection control and OSHA regulations, including handling and disposing of biomedical waste.. . Support accurate recordkeeping by maintaining logs and entering nursing data in the system.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in follow-ups for test results and patient preparation.. . Be available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.. . . High school diploma, GED, or technical school graduation required.. . Completion of a medical assistant training program is mandatory.. . At least 2 years of experience in a Medical Assistant role.. . National certification or registration in Medical Assisting preferred (EMT, LPN, Paramedic also considered).. . Current BLS/CPR certification.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.. .
