Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and changes to their travel plans.. . Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.. . Educate customers about airline policies, procedures, and available services.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.. . Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance service quality.. . . Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.. . Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.. . Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.. . Familiarity with airline reservations systems and travel regulations is a plus.. .
